Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leadership and key functions and initiatives within the investor relations department.  Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will have high visibility and exposure and is expected to make a significant impact on the company’s relationships with investors, media and other external sources, including rating agencies.

As a rapidly growing company, the Director will need to be flexible and adjust to the organization’s growing and evolving reporting needs.  Director, Investor Relations creates, plans, and executes the company’s investor relations programs to effectively deliver programs or corporate messages to key audiences in order to achieve the Company’s corporate and strategic goals. The Director is expected to develop key communications strategies addressing various audiences, including Wall St. and rating agencies, and shape cohesive communications plans as part of a cross-functional process that includes the Company’s senior management as well as financial, legal and regulatory functions. The Director has a strong background in financial modeling, financial reporting, and accounting.

Certificates and Licenses:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or MBA a plus
